Vintage Silver Plated Pierced Basket Tray with Swing Handle

A lovely vintage (circa 1930s–1950s) silver-plated pierced basket tray with an ornate twisted handle and intricate cut-out lattice design. The hinged handle folds flat, allowing it to be displayed or stored easily. The tray features a delicately engraved central medallion and a raised rim with scrolling floral decoration, giving it an elegant and timeless look. The basket rests on three small ball feet, giving it an elevated stance and adding extra refinement. Traditionally used as a cake basket, biscuit tray, or sweet dish, it now makes a wonderful decorative centerpiece for fruit, flowers, or even as a unique display piece. *Perfumes and fruits used as photographic props not included.
